Last night (May 25), BTS were the musical guests on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert. The K-pop septet performed the new single “Butter.” BTS also appeared in a comedy sketch where they debuted a new assortment of hand gestures for fans to copy. Earlier in the evening, Colbert announced that his show will return to in-studio tapings with a live (and vaccinated) audience on June 14. Watch it all happen below.
“Butter” is BTS’ second English-language singe, following “Dynamite” last year. The latter track became the first song from an all–South Korean group ever to hit No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart. Last week, BTS performed the live debut of “Butter” at the 2021 Billboard Music Awards.
